As a seasoned professional in art and engineering, I have spent my career transforming cutting edge technology into rich visual user experiences. I have created and managed dynamic collaborative work environments, in which technologists work in partnership with the creatives to tackle the challenges at hand.

 

In my current position as Senior Director of Game Studio at MZ, I have built from the ground up, an entire creative organization comprised of artists and engineers to help design a portfolio of billion-dollar mobile games. My technical teams built out all new tools and processes to make the execution of these games as streamlined as possible for the creatives. The tools we created give MZ the ability to prototype, iterate and explore their designs. My creative teams significantly elevated the visual quality and experiences of the studio's current roster of games.

In my previous position as Senior Director of Art and Product Innovation for an AR/VR hardware company, I led a team of visual designers that explored and prototyped user experiences in Augmented Reality (e.g. 3d stereoscopic windows desktop, AR web browser, and an interactive media browser.) We innovated traditional users’ experiences by pulling the experience off the flat screen and putting it at their fingertips for interaction and exploration.

 

Outside of those two recent ventures, I have been a consultant to the entertainment industry, worked with startups in emergent entertainment fields, explored new media avenues and had an extensive career in film and television.

 

I am an experienced and accomplished manager, builder of organizations and I can work with all levels of a company. I am decisive, work fast and get results.
